  3. I used to think it was a good idea to re-use plastics until I read up about the toxins that leach out if plastics are cut, damaged or deteriorated in anyway. I would think that anything that is not to do with human/animal consumption would be ok but not sure about using it for food carrying?

  5. Thanks for the heads up about plastic toxins OperationCheer, I've been aware of this for a while, but the link provides a really helpful/useful list to keep handy for quick reference, and to expand upon!!

    Also, thanks for these rocking little containers Permaculture Ideas, maybe not for food but I make little Alternative Photographic Kits and these would be a perfect way to send them out!!!
    Nice blog btw, just started to pick mine up again, and its been inspiring to come across yours - sort of kicks my ass a little to keep at mine on a regular basis :)
