Wild Food Foraging, UK

Out and about with foraging for spring edibles in Cornwall's hedgerows, particularly for Gorse (Ulex europaeus) flowers for making a gorse flower liqueur. The appearance of some springtime edibles (Ramsons - Allium ursinum - for example) has been delayed by the early snows of the year.
